As a community manager and Social Media Coordinator at Honey & CoCo I play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with customers and followers in the online community. I am responsible for a range of tasks that involve maintaining and enhancing the company's brand image, customer engagement, and growth. Some of these tasks include:
Shopify website editing: Maintaining and updating the Shopify website, ensuring that the website is user-friendly and contains accurate information about the products and the company.
Content creation: Creating engaging and relevant content that resonates with the brand's target audience. This content could include blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and videos.
Directing photoshoots: Working with photographers and models to create visually appealing and on-brand photos and videos that showcase the company's natural skincare products. Helping develop the visual content that will be used in various marketing campaigns.
Coordinating influencers: Collaborating with influencers who share the brand's values and aesthetic. Helping to identify potential influencers, reach out to them, and negotiate collaboration terms. Once the collaboration is underway, I will help manage the influencer relationship and ensure that the partnership is mutually beneficial.
Customer engagement: I am the primary point of contact for customers in the online community. Monitoring social media channels and responding to comments, messages, and reviews. I help to address customer complaints, answer questions, and provide support.
